CHRISTMAS ARRANGEMENTS

Christmas Eve (24th December) there will be a Walk in Surgery from 8am until 12pm with appointments only from
2pm until 5pm.

Surgery will close on 24th December at 6pm and will re-open Thursday 27th December 2012 at 8am with a
walk in surgery until 12pm and afternoon appointments only from 2pm to 5pm. On Friday 28th December 2012 there will be a Walk in Surgery from 8am until 12pm and appointments only from 2pm until 5pm.

North East Doctor on Call will be available for out of hours calls on 1850 777 911 from 6pm  Monday 24th December until 8am Thursday 27^th December 2012.

NEW YEAR’S ARRANGEMENT

Surgery will close Monday 31th December 2012 at 6pm and will re-open Wednesday 2^rd January 2013 at 8am with a walk in
surgery until 12pm and appointments only from 2pm.
