Dr. Valerie Cronin
GP
Dr. Valerie Cronin qualified from UCD in 1998. She completed her GP training in the Dublin Trinity GP scheme and became a member of the ICGP in 2003 on completion of her MICGP exam. She is on the specialist register with the Irish Medical Council.
She worked for a year as an assistant GP in Drogheda before becoming a GP Principal in 2005.
Dr Cronin has a keen interest in Women’s health and family planning. Her postgraduate qualifications also include Paediatric and Child Health Diploma, Diploma in Obstetrics and Women’s health, certificate in Palliative Care, icgp certificate in menopause.
She is a member of Irish Menopause Society and British Menopause Society.
She is an experienced LARC provider.
Dr Cronin has a special interest in Dermatology and offers a Roaccutane (Isotretinoin) clinic in Athboy Family Practice.
